Basic gear parameters: 20° pressure angle, module 2, 20 teeth, 24° helix angle; inner diameter 30 mm, shaft diameter 44 mm, gear outer diameter 45 mm, single piece weight 0.1529 kg.
It is made of 20CrMo alloy structural steel with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The complete manufacturing process includes sawing, turning, rough gear hobbing, heat treatment, chamfering, hanging shot blasting, boring, facing & outer diameter turning, surface covering, wire EDM, deburring, precision gear grinding and marking.
Heat treatment enhances the gear hardness, and precision gear grinding delivers high tooth surface accuracy. This gear features smooth transmission and outstanding wear resistance with long service life. It is a core internal transmission component for straight shaft motors of TKA170 series reducers.
