This series includes two spiral bevel gear products: SN-001-C Drive Bevel Gear M1.5-27R and SN-002-C Driven Bevel Gear M1.5-27L. Both gears feature a pressure angle of 20°, module of 1.5, tooth count of 27, gear outer diameter of 40.5mm, and total length of 18mm. The drive gear has an inner diameter of 20mm and weighs 0.0765kg with a 35° right-hand spiral angle; the driven gear has an inner diameter of 22mm and weighs 0.0851kg with a 35° left-hand spiral angle, both with a speed ratio of 1. Manufactured from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, they undergo a complete precision process including sawing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring, end facing, outer diameter grinding, surface grinding, keyway wire cutting, ball pressing hole, and gear grinding.
