Description
This series includes two spiral bevel gears: SuYou-001-C AMC005 Power Tool Holder Gear (φ15) and SuYou-002-C AMC005 Power Tool Holder Gear (φ17). Both feature a pressure angle of 20°, module of 2, 20 teeth, gear outer diameter of 39mm, and total length of 17.75mm. SuYou-001-C has an inner diameter of 15mm, weighs 0.0797kg with a 35° left-hand spiral angle; SuYou-002-C has an inner diameter of 17mm, weighs 0.0808kg with a 35° right-hand spiral angle, both with a speed ratio of 1. Made of 20CrMnTi, they are processed through precise procedures including sawing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, wire-cut keyway, boring, end facing, OD turning, gear grinding and lapping in pairs, suitable for power tool transmission.
