Also made of 20CrMo material, it follows a rigorous process route of normalizing, turning, threaded hole machining, reaming, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, blackening, marking, secondary reaming and screw assembly, suitable for long-term high-load transmission scenarios of roller sewing machines.
