This series includes two input spiral bevel gears for reducers, with models AEP-05-C (M0341M10 (120-1:2)) and AEP-06-C (M0342M10 (120-1:2)), which are used in pairs and specially designed for power transmission at the input end of the reducer to ensure stable and efficient transmission.​
Both gears are made of 20CrMnTi, with excellent strength, wear resistance and transmission stability. They both have a pressure angle of 20° and a module of 2.25, and are manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding, ensuring that the gear precision meets the standard and adapts to the working conditions of the reducer.​
