This series contains a set of spiral bevel gears for reducers, both made of 20CrMnTi with 20° pressure angle, module 1.55 and 35° spiral angle. They are manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring, end facing, chamfering and gear grinding.
  • AEP-01-C Input Bevel Gear: 15 teeth, speed ratio 2, left-hand, ID 9mm, OD 25.6mm, total length 9.7mm, weight 0.0193kg.
  • AEP-02-C Output Bevel Gear: 30 teeth, right-hand, ID 14mm, OD 47.2mm, total length 17mm, weight 0.1315kg.
They are used as a matched pair for reducer transmission systems.
