This hypoid gear is designed for speed reducers, made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
Parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1.48, 44 teeth, ratio 5, offset 10mm, helix angle 29°22′ Right Hand, inner bore 16mm, gear OD 65.26mm, total length 18.48mm, weight 0.2266kg.
Process: normalizing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, chamfering, shot blasting, reaming, facing, matched lapping, marking and full visual inspection.
It provides high meshing accuracy and stable transmission for reducer drive systems.
XG-024-C (SCK63-2-1-03) Hypoid Gear Shaft
This hypoid gear shaft is for matching use in reducers, made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
Parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1.48, 9 teeth, offset 10mm, helix angle 50° Left Hand, shaft diameter 14mm, gear OD 21.9mm, total length 46.22mm, weight 0.0727kg.
Process: normalizing, turning, rough grinding, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, facing, OD grinding, matched lapping, marking and full visual inspection.
