This series includes two matched spiral bevel gears for reducers: SuYou‑024‑C (M1.5‑27R Right‑hand Bevel Gear) and SuYou‑025‑C (M1.5‑27L Left‑hand Bevel Gear). Both are made of 20CrMnTi with 20° pressure angle, module 1.5, 27 teeth, 35° spiral angle, inner diameter 23mm, gear outer diameter 40.5mm, total length 13.8mm and weight 0.0556kg. Manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, rough gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, reaming, wire‑cut keyway, boring, end facing, turning and gear grinding, they feature high accuracy and good wear resistance for reducer transmission systems.
