ASPJ-250-C (left-hand) and ASPJ-251-C (right-hand) are two types of 20CrMo spiral bevel gears, dedicated to reducer transmission. With a pressure angle of 20° and module of 2, they are respectively equipped with 18 teeth/45 teeth and 35° left/right-hand spiral structures. Processed through multiple precision procedures such as turning, gear milling, heat treatment, gear grinding and wire-cut keyway, they feature high accuracy, good wear resistance and stable transmission, suitable for reducer transmission matching.
Description
The two products are 20CrMo spiral bevel gears, namely ASPJ-250-C (left-hand gear) and ASPJ-251-C (right-hand gear), both designed as special transmission components for reducers.

ASPJ-250-C is a left-hand spiral bevel gear with model 0370SH8900, featuring a pressure angle of 20°, module of 2, number of teeth of 18, speed ratio of 2.5, spiral angle of 35° (left-hand), inner diameter of 12mm, tooth outer diameter of 39mm, total length of 28.6mm, and a single unit weight of 0.1403kg.

ASPJ-251-C is a right-hand spiral bevel gear with model 0370SH9000, featuring a pressure angle of 20°, module of 2, number of teeth of 45, spiral angle of 35° (right-hand), inner diameter of 28mm, tooth outer diameter of 89.5mm, total length of 44.8mm, and a single unit weight of 0.8846kg.

Both gears are manufactured through a full set of precision processes:sawing → turning → gear milling → screw hole machining → heat treatment → hanging shot peening → boring + face milling → total length trimming → gear grinding → wire-cut keyway → marking → full appearance inspection. Made of 20CrMo alloy steel, they have high tooth profile accuracy, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and stable transmission. They are specially used for reducer matching and suitable for spiral bevel gear transmission working conditions.
