Description
This product consists of two matched spiral bevel gears: ASPJ-240-C (Input) and ASPJ-241-C (Output), Part No. 0370302100 and 0370302200 respectively, specially used for reducer transmission.
Common specifications: pressure angle 20°, module 2.5, number of teeth 25, inner bore 20mm, gear outer diameter 64mm, overall length 25mm. Both are made of 20CrMo alloy steel with high strength and wear resistance.
ASPJ-240-C is input spiral bevel gear with 35° left-hand spiral angle and gear ratio 1, weight 0.3646kg.
ASPJ-241-C is output spiral bevel gear with 35° right-hand spiral angle, weight 0.3026kg, perfectly meshed with the input gear.
Manufacturing process:
Sawing & Turning → Screw hole processing → Reaming → Gear milling → Heat treatment → Hanging shot blasting → Reaming → Facing → Overall length grinding → Gear grinding → Wire-cutting keyway → Marking → Full visual inspection.
