This is a matched pair of spiral bevel gears: ASPJ-243-C (Input) and ASPJ-244-C (Output).

Both gears are made of 20CrMo alloy steel, applied for reducer transmission.
Unified specification: pressure angle 20°, module 1.25.
ASPJ-243-C Input Gear: 13 teeth, gear ratio 2, spiral angle 35° left-hand, gear outer diameter 24mm, overall length 18.5mm, weight 0.0789kg.
ASPJ-244-C Output Gear: 26 teeth, spiral angle 35° right-hand, inner bore 12mm, gear outer diameter 32mm, overall length 20.5mm, weight 0.0624kg.
Manufacturing process:
ASPJ-243-C: Sawing → Turning → Gear milling → Heat treatment → Hanging shot blasting → Outer diameter grinding → Boring → Re-grinding outer diameter → Gear grinding → Wire cutting → Marking → Full visual inspection.
ASPJ-244-C: Sawing → Turning → Screw hole processing → Reaming → Gear milling → Heat treatment → Hanging shot blasting → Reaming → Facing → Gear grinding → Wire-cutting keyway → Marking → Full visual inspection.
With high precision, good wear resistance and stable performance, suitable for reducer power transmission assembly.
