Spiral Bevel Gears

The NBRX-1530 series of spiral bevel gears (including the short type φ8 and the long type T24) are made of 20CrMo material and manufactured through multiple precision processes. With parameters of 20° pressure angle, 0.9 module and 24 teeth, their helix angles are 35° left-hand rotation and 35° right-hand rotation respectively, and the tooth outer diameter is 21.8mm. The short type has a total length of 10.5mm and a weight of 0.0148kg, while the long type has a total length of 16mm and a weight of 0.0235kg. Specifically designed for sewing equipment, these gears feature stable transmission, wear resistance and durability.

SNKG200-2-1-03 bevel gear shaft is made of 20CrMnTi, with a module of 2.5 and a pressure angle of 20°. Manufactured through a series of precision processes, it has a shaft diameter of 17mm, an overall length of 84.33mm and a weight of 0.2933kg. Suitable for reducer transmission systems, it features precise meshing and stable, reliable operation.

SuYou-010 is a 35° right-hand spiral bevel gear made of 20CrMo, with module 1.5 and 22 teeth. Manufactured by precision milling, grinding and heat treatment, it features high precision, stable transmission and good wear resistance.
