This is a hypoid gear shaft for speed reducers, made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
Parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1.84, 15 teeth, ratio 2, offset 12mm, helix angle 49°58′ Left Hand, shaft diameter 16mm, gear OD 41.5mm, total length 62.2mm, weight 0.2200kg.
Process: normalizing, turning, rough grinding, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, facing, OD grinding, matched lapping, marking and full visual inspection.
It features high meshing precision and stable transmission, mainly used in reducer drive systems.

This is a matching hypoid gear for reducers, made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
Parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1.84, 38 teeth, offset 12mm, helix angle 28°47′ Right Hand, inner bore 19mm, gear OD 70.5mm, total length 20mm, weight 0.2795kg.
Process: normalizing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, chamfering, shot blasting, reaming, facing, matched lapping, marking and full visual inspection.
