Description
This series is a pair of keyless spiral bevel gears for reducers, with models AEP-15-C1 (M0213M10 (060-1:1) Left-hand Gear) and AEP-16-C1 (M0214M10 (060-1:1) Right-hand Gear). They have opposite directions and basically the same specifications, specially designed for reducer transmission systems, suitable for installation scenarios without keyway connection, simplifying the installation process while ensuring stable power transmission.
The two gears have prominent core commonalities: both are made of 20CrMnTi, with excellent strength, wear resistance and transmission stability, suitable for light-load transmission conditions of reducers; pressure angle of 20°, module of 1.36, 25 teeth, speed ratio of 1, spiral angle of 35°, inner diameter of 14mm, gear outer diameter of 34mm, total length of 12.5mm; the processing technology is completely uniform, including sawing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding. The keyless design does not affect the transmission accuracy, and the operation is stable and reliable.
