This series consists of two large-sized spiral bevel gears for reducers with a speed ratio of 2, model AEP-13-C (M0201M11 (180-1:2) Left-hand Large Bevel Gear) and AEP-14-C (M0202M10 (180-1:2) Right-hand Large Bevel Gear). Both are made of 20CrMnTi, with excellent strength, wear resistance and transmission stability, specially designed for heavy-duty transmission scenarios of reducers, meeting the power transmission needs of speed ratio 2.
The two gears have the same core process and basic parameters: pressure angle of 20°, module of 4.5, speed ratio of 2, spiral angle of 35°, all manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding. They have high transmission accuracy and stable operation, and the keyway design is suitable for the conventional connection needs of reducers.
