TBW-001-C 1.5M23Z-L Left Hand Spiral Bevel Gear
This is a left-hand spiral bevel gear with 20° pressure angle, module 1.5 and 23 teeth, transmission ratio 1, left-hand spiral angle 35°. Its inner diameter is 16mm, outer diameter of gear teeth 34.5mm, overall length 6mm, and single weight 0.0316kg. It is made of 20CrMnTi carburizing alloy steel.
The complete processing procedures include cutting blank, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, hanging shot blasting, boring, wire cutting for keyway, re-boring & facing, surface grinding, precision gear grinding, and full visual inspection. The gear teeth obtain high hardness after carburizing heat treatment, featuring great wear resistance and fatigue resistance. It serves as a transmission gear specially for sewing equipment.
TBW-002-C 1.5M23Z-R Right Hand Spiral Bevel Gear
This is a right-hand spiral bevel gear with 20° pressure angle, module 1.5 and 23 teeth, transmission ratio 1, right-hand spiral angle 35°. Its shaft diameter is 30mm, outer diameter of gear teeth 34.5mm, overall length 38.65mm, and single weight 0.1970kg. The blank material is 20CrMnTi carburizing alloy steel.
Processing flow: blank cutting, turning, rough grinding of clamping position, keyway machining via machining center, gear milling, screw pre-assembly, heat treatment, hanging shot blasting, screw removal, repeated outer circle grinding, facing, precision gear grinding, secondary outer circle grinding and 100% visual inspection. After heat treatment, the gear teeth have sufficient hardness, low transmission noise and long service life. It is a dedicated transmission bevel gear for sewing machines.
