Manufactured from 20CrMo alloy steel, the gear features high strength, good hardenability and excellent inherent wear resistance. The complete production flow covers sawing, turning, rough hobbing, hardening heat treatment, chamfering, hanging shot blasting, boring, facing & outer diameter turning, surface capping, wire EDM, deburring, precision gear grinding and marking.
Heat treatment improves the hardness of tooth surfaces, and subsequent precision grinding ensures high tooth profile accuracy. The gear runs smoothly with outstanding wear resistance and long service life. It is installed inside TCH500 series reducers and cooperates with worms to realize speed reduction and power transmission.
