Description
This set consists of two 20CrMo spiral bevel gears, Model HC-001-C and HC-002-C, which are used in pairs as matched transmission parts for reducers.
HC-001-C Spiral Bevel Gear
Pressure angle 20°, module 2, number of teeth 15, speed ratio 1.6, spiral angle 35° left-hand, inner diameter 12mm, tooth outer diameter 32.9mm, overall length 20.1mm, unit weight 0.0583kg.
HC-002-C Spiral Bevel Gear
Pressure angle 20°, module 2, number of teeth 24, spiral angle 35° right-hand, inner diameter 14mm, tooth outer diameter 49.8mm, overall length 16.7mm, unit weight 0.0987kg.
Both gears adopt the same manufacturing process:
Sawing → Turning → Gear Milling → Heat Treatment → Hanging Shot Peening → Boring & Facing → Gear Grinding.
Made of 20CrMo alloy steel, the gears feature high tooth profile accuracy, excellent wear resistance, smooth meshing and low noise operation after heat treatment and precision gear grinding.
