This series is a set of spiral bevel gears for reducers, including input and output gears, both made of 20CrMnTi with a pressure angle of 20°, module of 2.4, 34 teeth, and speed ratio of 1, spiral angle of 35°. Manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding, they feature high transmission accuracy and wear resistance, specially designed for reducer transmission systems.
  • AEP-07-C Output Bevel Gear: Model M0292M10 (140-1:1), left-hand design, inner diameter 40mm, gear outer diameter 81.6mm, total length 24.5mm, weight 0.4074kg, suitable for power transmission at the reducer output end to ensure stable power output.
  • AEP-08-C Input Bevel Gear: Model M0291M10 (140-1:1), right-hand design, inner diameter 40mm, gear outer diameter 81.6mm, total length 24.5mm, weight 0.4108kg, suitable for power input at the reducer input end, paired with the output gear to achieve 1:1 speed ratio transmission.
The two gears have basically the same size, with only slight differences in direction and weight. Used in pairs, they can realize precise power transmission of the reducer and adapt to relevant working conditions.
