TBW-007-C Model 55-WX-14A Right Hand Spiral Bevel Gear
This right-hand spiral bevel gear marked Model 55-WX-14A adopts standard 20° pressure angle, module 1.5, 23 teeth, transmission ratio 1 and 35° right-hand spiral angle, designed for matched transmission of sewing equipment. It has a shaft diameter of 25mm, tooth outer diameter of 34.5mm, overall length of 42mm and unit weight of 0.1707kg.
Made of 20CrMnTi carburizing steel with great hardenability, the gear teeth reach high hardness after carburizing heat treatment, delivering excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Complete production procedures: blank cutting, turning, rough grinding of clamping positions, CNC machining center keyway processing, gear milling, screw pre-assembly, heat treatment, hanging shot blasting, screw removal, multiple outer circle grinding, re-rough grinding of clamping positions, facing, precision gear grinding, final outer diameter grinding. All finished gears pass 100% full visual inspection before delivery.
