Description
This product series includes two types of keyless spiral bevel gears: left‑hand gear 106349‑00023454 (Model QZ‑054‑C) and right‑hand gear 106349‑00023454 (Model QZ‑055‑C), specially designed for power tools.
Technical parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1, 30 teeth, speed ratio 1, helix angle 35° for both left‑hand (L) and right‑hand (R) versions, shaft diameter 17 mm, outer diameter of gear tooth 46.5 mm. The left‑hand gear has an overall length of 26.5 mm and a weight of 0.0965 kg; the right‑hand gear has an overall length of 12 mm and a weight of 0.1443 kg.
Made of 20CrMo alloy steel, the gears feature high strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance to meet heavy‑duty working conditions of power tools.
Processing technology: The left‑hand gear undergoes sawing, turning, gear milling, heat treatment, hanging shot blasting, boring & facing, overall length grinding and gear grinding. The right‑hand gear adds screw hole machining, multiple clamping rough grinding, surface covering and outer diameter grinding for higher precision and stability, suitable for precision transmission of power tools.
