Description
This series includes two spiral bevel gears: Left‑hand Gear 189564 (Part No.194460, Model QZ‑056‑C) and Right‑hand Gear 189564 (Part No.194459, Model QZ‑057‑C), mainly used for reducer transmission.
Technical parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 1.579, 26 teeth, helix angle 35° for both left‑hand (L) and right‑hand (R), inner diameter 25 mm, outer diameter of gear tooth 62 mm. The left‑hand gear has an overall length of 16.07 mm and a weight of 0.1443 kg; the right‑hand gear has an overall length of 23.6 mm and a weight of 0.1719 kg.
Made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, the gears have good hardenability, wear resistance and impact resistance, suitable for long‑term stable operation of reducers.
