Description
This product is a pair of matched spiral bevel gears, with models ASPJ-248-C and ASPJ-249-C, both belonging to the spiral bevel gear category, specially designed for reducer transmission matching. Made of 20CrMo alloy steel, they have excellent strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the reducer.
The two gears have highly consistent parameters. Unified core parameters: pressure angle 20°, module 2.5, number of teeth 19, inner bore 20mm, gear outer diameter 47mm, overall length 18.5mm. The processing technology is completely the same. The specific process is: Sawing → Turning → Gear Milling → Screw Hole Processing → Heat Treatment → Hanging Shot Blasting → Boring + Facing → Overall Length Flattening → Gear Grinding → Wire-Cutting Keyway → Marking → Full Visual Inspection.
