Description
This series includes two large-sized spiral bevel gears for reducers, with models AEP-11-C (M0159M11 (180-1:1) Left-hand Large Bevel Gear) and AEP-12-C (M0160M10 (180-1:1) Right-hand Large Bevel Gear). Both have the same specification but opposite directions, and can be used alone or in pairs to adapt to the reducer transmission system, meeting different installation direction requirements.
The two gears have prominent core commonalities: both are made of 20CrMnTi, with excellent strength, wear resistance and transmission stability, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions of reducers; pressure angle of 20°, module of 3.45, 31 teeth, speed ratio of 1, spiral angle of 35°, inner diameter of 40mm, gear outer diameter of 110mm; the processing technology is completely uniform, including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding.
