This series is a pair of matched spiral bevel gears (large and small) for reducers, both made of 20CrMnTi with a pressure angle of 20°, module of 2.94, and speed ratio of 2. Manufactured through precise processes including sawing, turning, keyway machining, gear milling, heat treatment, shot blasting, boring + end facing + guide arc chamfering, and gear grinding, they feature high transmission accuracy, good wear resistance and excellent strength, specially designed for reducer transmission systems to meet the power transmission needs of speed ratio 2.
- AEP-09-C Large Bevel Gear: Model M0354M10 (140-1:2), right-hand design (spiral angle 35°/R), 34 teeth, inner diameter 40mm, gear outer diameter 101.4mm, total length 36.2mm, weight 1.273kg. As the large wheel in the matched gears, it undertakes the torque transmission in power transmission.
