TD-001-C Part No.0102-16 Input Shaft Gear
Model 0102-16 is an integrated left-hand spiral bevel input shaft gear, with standard 20° pressure angle, module 1.5, 10 teeth, transmission ratio 0.625 and 35° left-hand spiral angle, applied to the transmission system of reducers. It features 17mm shaft diameter, 32.3mm tooth outer diameter, 87.11mm overall length and unit weight of 0.1334kg.
Made of 20CrMo alloy structural steel, the material boasts high strength and low heat treatment deformation. Straightness of the shaft is guaranteed by straightening treatment after heat treatment.
Full manufacturing processes: blank cutting, CNC turning, keyway processing by machining center, rough grinding of clamping and positioning surfaces, gear milling, heat treatment & straightening, hanging shot blasting, outer diameter grinding, precision gear grinding and marking.
Finished gears feature high tooth profile precision, smooth transmission, low deformation and strong load capacity, serving as dedicated input shaft gears for reducers.
TD-002-C Part No.0102-10 Output Shaft Gear
Model 0102-10 is an integrated right-hand spiral bevel output shaft gear, matched with input gear for power output of reducers. Its technical parameters: 20° pressure angle, module 1.5, 16 teeth, transmission ratio 0.625, 35° right-hand spiral angle. The shaft diameter is 17mm, tooth outer diameter 33.8mm, overall length 113.6mm and single weight 0.1503kg.
Constructed from 20CrMo alloy steel with excellent rigidity, it adopts straightening procedure after heat treatment to minimize shaft deformation.
Processing flow: blank cutting, turning, CNC keyway machining, rough grinding for clamping and positioning, gear milling, heat treatment & straightening, hanging shot blasting, outer circle grinding, precision gear grinding and marking.
