This series of 531.06-78 45° Helical Gear (Driven) and 531.06-77 45° Helical Gear (Driving) are high-precision transmission helical gear components specially designed for sewing equipment. Made of high-quality 20CrMo alloy structural steel, they are tailored to meet the synchronous transmission requirements of the equipment and ensure stable operation.
The 531.06-78 Driven Helical Gear features a pressure angle of 20°, a module of 1, 18 teeth, a speed ratio of 1, and a helix angle of 45°/L. It has an inner diameter of φ5mm, an outer tooth diameter of 27.5mm, and an overall length of 18mm. Manufactured through a series of precision processes including sawing, turning, hobbing, heat treatment, shot blasting, blackening, boring and facing, the gear surface obtains excellent corrosion resistance via blackening treatment. Heat treatment and shot blasting processes enhance the tooth hardness, enabling it to stably transmit the power from the driving gear and adapt to the continuous operation conditions of sewing machinery.

It has an inner diameter of φ10mm, an outer tooth diameter of 27.5mm, and an overall length of 14mm. Its production process includes sawing, turning, threaded hole machining, reaming, hobbing, heat treatment, shot blasting, blackening, reaming and screw assembly. With high tooth profile accuracy, it meshes precisely with the driven gear and delivers excellent transmission efficiency.
