Φ14.73 Left-hand (LH) Straight Teeth and Φ7.94 Right-hand (RH) Straight Teeth

The two models of spur spiral bevel gears in this series (Φ14.73 Left-hand, Φ7.94 Right-hand) are core transmission components specially developed for sewing equipment, and are suitable for the power transmission systems of various high-precision sewing machines.

Both models are made of high-quality 20CrMo alloy structural steel and manufactured through sophisticated and mature processes. Firstly, normalization treatment is carried out to optimize the material’s metallographic structure and ensure material uniformity. Then, turning is performed to form the basic external shape; the Φ14.73 left-hand model is additionally processed with screw hole machining. After that, both models undergo reaming and gear milling processes in sequence to precisely shape the tooth profile. Upon completion of gear milling, heat treatment is applied to enhance tooth hardness and wear resistance, combined with shot blasting to improve surface finish and remove burrs and oxide layers. Subsequently, marking and secondary reaming are conducted to further ensure assembly accuracy, and finally, screw assembly is completed to guarantee stable and reliable product quality.

In terms of core technical parameters, the two models maintain high consistency: the tooth profile design features a 20° pressure angle, 0.97 module, and 33 teeth, combined with a 0° helix angle, achieving low noise and high stability during transmission. Both gears have a tooth outer diameter of 32mm, meeting the requirements of standardized assembly. Their differentiated parameters are suitable for different installation scenarios: the Φ14.73 left-hand model has an inner diameter of 14.73mm, a total length of 17.65mm, and a single weight of 0.0487kg; the Φ7.94 right-hand model has an inner diameter of 7.94mm, a total length of 15.65mm, and a single weight of 0.0566kg, which can be flexibly selected and configured according to the spatial layout of sewing equipment.

This series of gears features wear resistance, durability, high transmission efficiency and easy assembly. They can effectively adapt to the high-frequency operating conditions of sewing equipment, providing a solid guarantee for the stable and efficient operation of sewing machines.
