The 4037014 Bevel Gear (Large) is a core transmission component specially designed and developed for reducers, suitable for high-load power transmission scenarios of various reducer equipment.

This gear is made of high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy carburizing steel, which has excellent hardenability and wear resistance, and can meet the working conditions of long-term stable operation of reducers. Its manufacturing process follows precise and standardized procedures: first, normalization treatment is carried out to optimize the metallographic structure of the material and ensure machinability; then turning is performed to finish the basic external shape, followed by professional gear milling technology to shape the accurate tooth profile; after milling, heat treatment is applied to enhance tooth hardness and load-bearing capacity, combined with chamfering to remove sharp edges and shot blasting to improve surface quality; subsequent processes including reaming, surface covering and secondary turning are carried out in sequence. The matched lapping process is the key step to ensure tooth surface meshing accuracy. Finally, marking and full appearance inspection are completed to guarantee that product quality meets the standards.

In terms of core technical parameters, the gear adopts a tooth profile design with a 20° pressure angle, 2.12 module and 33 teeth, with a helix angle of 35°/L (left-hand rotation). The tooth outer diameter reaches 70.442mm, the inner diameter is 17mm, the total length is 21.91mm, and the single weight is 0.375kg.
